Privacy
This firm operates under two data-protection regimes at once: the Swiss revised Federal Act on Data Protection, and the GDPR, which reaches us because we act for clients resident in the EU. Rather than run two standards on one site, we build to the stricter one.
- 01
What we collect
Categories of personal data collected through the site (contact forms, booking, guide downloads, analytics) and separately, data collected in the client relationship.
- 02
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Purposes and legal bases under both regimes, stated separately where they diverge.
- 03
How long we keep it
Retention periods, including the period for enquiries that never become clients, which must be a real number, not "as long as necessary".
- 04
Who else sees it
Processors: hosting, CRM, email, calendar, analytics. Where each is located and what leaves Switzerland or the EEA.
- 05
Your rights and how to use them
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and the actual route to exercise each: an address that reaches a person.
- 06
Representatives
Whether an EU representative is required under GDPR, and the outcome of that assessment.
- 07
Contact
The named contact for data-protection matters.
